Graphite can improve the wear resistance, thermal conductivity, self-lubrication, conductivity, heat deformation resistance, etc. of polytetrafluoroethylene. It is suitable for use in high temperature, wear and corrosion resistance environments. Except for food, insulation and oxidant environments, graphite-modified polytetrafluoroethylene can essentially replace the original polytetrafluoroethylene.
By applying black graphite filling rods in mechanical equipment, mechanical wear can be effectively reduced and material adhesion can be prevented, thereby improving the operating efficiency and service life of the equipment.
